Why are there constant downratings for lotting projects? I for one think that this is pretty well done. Impressive stuff that could be a lot of use to create more unique university campuses (and ones that fit more urban scenes). Thanks for sharing it (5/5) :D

Magnificent presentation. Your attention to detail is superb. The red brick pavement really suits this application, and I applaud your superior selection of top-quality models. They seem faintly "disconnected," but I can't think of anything you could do differently. Btw: I'm a big fan of your work, and use almost all of the Dutch rewards as landmarks. Very deserving 5/5.

Well, to be honest its a bit small. I like the buildings and all but in comparison some universities are larger than 10 x 20. As a result its smaller than some people expect. I personally don't see a problem with the lot but its not my style, still I wouldn't downrate it because of taste.
