About This File

1520 Woodward Avenue was built in 1917. In 1945, women's clothing company Lane Bryant bought the building and had the facade reclad in the Art Deco style by noted local architect, Charles Agree. Although abandoned by the apparel company in the 1980s, the building is still referred to by its former tenant. In 2011, the building was converted into incubator space for technology start-ups. The Lane Bryant Building provides 148 jobs for your city.

....aaaand it's on the STEX! Another precious little gem for our Art Deco-styled W2W neighbourhoods - thank you very much for sharing with us! I also like that you included both CS§§ and CO§§ so everyone can check what's more in demand - or simply use both versions.

As usual for you, this is good all around, but if I had to point out one detail I like most, it would be the windows in the back. They look absolutely lifelike, as if a Sim could suddenly pull the drapes to the side and look what's going on in the backyard. Go mipro!

I actually broke out in song when I saw this. Literally. An impulsive powerballad, actually. The lyrics were something like: "Iiiit's fiiiinallyyyy heeeeeere! Ooooooh my gooooood! Why thaaank you Nofuuuuuuuuuunk! Oooooooh my goooooood!". :O

In other words, not too bad. I've been eagerly awaiting this ever since yesterday when I checked into the mipro section.
