Sounds great! Thanks for this great mod, I've recently been getting used to The RHW, as I didn't really use it much before. I can really apreciate the effort and work that goes into this, it's amazing. Pity about those SA/Irish textures tho, I really loved them Edit: about those textures, I used the Irish ones in the past, if I update will my motorways that I built before change to the euro ones or will they stay as they are?

Ahh, see I have a backup of my old SC4 game, and it does have that file. I think this doesn't because it hasn't actually loaded...

Thanks! I tried all of this, it turns out I had a LOT of malware, but it still didn't work! I used Malwarebyte and Panda for the scanning and deleting, they seem to be pretty reliable. Attached is what I think is the config log you mentioned. Maybe that'll show the issue? Thanks! I tried all this but sadly it didn't work, I'm completely baffled I tried it using both the launcher and the method through Steam, still nothing.

Back Story; I had SC4 running on my PC with a disk copy for about 3 years and accumulated around 2-3gb of mods for it and lots of knowledge on the game in general, and even for some of that time SC4 was running on my old Vista machine before I got a new one with Win7 and everything was working great (well, great as in it worked). The SC4 disk broke in half and I ended up getting SC4 on Steam, as it was something like €5. I hadn't yet gotten the chance to install it on my desktop before we moved so I'm not sure if it works on that, but while we're waiting for all that stuff to arrive, which will be 2 months or so, I tried it on the laptop, which is low spec and runs on Vista. But whenever I try to start it up, whether it's with a game launcher, in compatibility mode (all the available OS') or through the Steam client it doesn't start, it loads for 5 seconds, nothing on the screen and then nothing happens. I have spent a good while searching for a resolution but nothing seems to work. My game is up to date and is the Delux version, and here's the game launcher I use (Which I used with the disk version as well) I have no other mods My PC specs: Dell Inspiron 1525 Win Vista, 32 Bit Intel Core2 Duo T5800 @ 2.00GHz 3GB RAM Mobile Intel 965 Chipset I read somewhere space might be an issue so in case, I have 80GBs free of 220 total, but I do have an external which has a total of 500GB, about half is full

Wow! This town really reminds me of Dublin's north side, the Howth and Malahide areas.

This is really interesting because with simcity we have to make the environment fit in with the buildings while with this you can balance the environment and the buildings to make them them work together... and it looks awesome great work!! -

Port of Mayumba Tour
IRE505 commented on IRE505's City Journal Entry in The Nyangan Free State (SC4)
No problem! After some intense internet scowering I managed to find those sets and more! SOMYs port sets -> http://roe99.weebly.com/somy-collection1.html There's the one set with those orange ships a little down the page, that has both the cranes and the ships, that's the one you want. On behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister Elton Kayin Otieno; Directed to The Government of the Republic of San Theodoros; President Makanzu would like to gladly accept a meeting between General Ramón Alcazar and Nyangan Delegates. Here we can discuss possible trade opportunities to expand our foreign relations even further. Our foreign minister also asks if an embassy be built in your nations capital, along with one being built in Nyanga for your citizens. We believe this will further strengthen our ties and look forward to more oportunities in the future. ____________________________________________________________ Thank you very, very much! I have tried my best to keep as many details as possible simlar to those of cities in Africa so that should include the historical backgrounds of colonisation and the oil rush in the 1980-90s which would have made the money to build much of the infrastructure and buildings for Mayumba and Nyanga in general. On the large avenues, I did try that for the main central avenue, but found that it could not fit in with the city's small size (around a pop. of 400-600,000) and traffic will be an issue in my city because everything is plopped, sadly I don't have the time for LE to make streets such as in your CJ! I have fallen in love LBTs BATs, they work perfectly for so many scenes, and are more often than not lotted very well! Which is nice. Mayumba actually has two ports, this is the older one which does not have the oil terminal. The newer one is located 2.5km away from the one shown and contains most container traffic, has the oil refinery and oil terminal, so look out for that in future updates! Thank you very much, it means a lot coming from a skilled City Builder such as yourself! :D -
That's a very nice downtown you have there and the bridges are nicely placed, maybe where you have labelled as suburbs you could do a midtown, something similar to bronx would be awesome! Great work, can't wait to see the finished city!

Thank you everyone for the nice comments and ratings, they are greatly appreciated! There is a number of different lots that I used to make the houses here, I didn't LE any of them neither did I grow this, It's too difficult trying to grow all of the specific houses for the different areas!!
