as i said in a comment i am working ona new model the model you see there was a prototype from the game files that he fixed up look at the concept art's tree and then the tree in this

Can you please upload a picture in which you can actually see cars parking there? Please....

It doesn't work in my game ... I can plop it anywhere but when I do that, the parking doesn't demolish the building that was there before, also i can't bulldoze the parking... I don't know if I did something wrong ?

Does this help to relieve traffic overall? I mean its just annoying to see all these cars piling up to go to a commercial building.

same here

No one park at it at all, but the fact it can be placed inside other buildings helped me decorate a bit.. but it's useless if you don't have decoration purposes. Also it is really ugly and probably forgotten..
