About This File

This is a set of growable homes inspired by SC2013.

They come in 15 different color variations and sit on a total of 15 lots.

A custom building foundation has been created (including nightlights), so the lots are slope-friendly. A foundation will extend on a slopy terrain.

Each lot comes with the house as a prop family (separated only into color and neutral) to enhance variety.

There are lots for the colorfuls and lots for the neutrals, so you can choose to use either or both at the same time.

Available in Maxis night and DarkNite. Warning: you can only use one version at a time!

The lots come in different sizes in growth stages 1 - 4.

They have no dependencies, except of SimFox' DarkNite Mod for the DarkNite version.

Tileset: New York & Chicago

Credits:  T Wrecks & SimCoug for testing

Special thanks to SimCoug, Aaron Graham and over at SC4D to callagrafx and c.p. for their help during the foundation creation process

Do these houses only appear if you're using a Chicago or NY map?   Just curious if they will appear in my own created cities?   Great work!

Great job! The only "complaint" i have is that theese houses are too realistic to be SC2013 houses. They need to look more cartoony.

Niice. A great idea to bring the low poly, low res houses of SC2013 to the high poly, high res details of SC4 :P 5+/5

We can never really have too many nice single family houses in game.  Making them slope friendly is a nice as well.

Downloaded these yesterday and saw them growing in a new neighborhood i added yesterday afternoon. A perfect addition to the game. Realistic appearance, nice color variety.  Now I have an SC2013 lot with a larger city size and all the benefits of SC4 ;).

They only appear if you are using the Chicago or NY tileset, meaning the ingame option of what style of buildings will grow. You wont need a map of those cities ;-)

Everyone all over the map is clamoring for these beautiful new homes! Thanks to you I have had to hire on several full crews of carpenters and they will be working overtime to fulfill all the new home orders. Business is booming!
