Looks very good, the bat is excellent but I might have something to say about the lot. How can you park a car between two walls like I see here ? This is not very realistic.

@Cool_Z: I'll admit, I struggled with the lot on this one. It's half a tile wide, and then placed in some so the overlay textures were tricky. Ah well, you win some,  you lose some. :D

Why don't you try to fill the space with some trees ?

Someone rated it less than 5?  Why?  At least I won't do that.  These kind of buildings are always welcome for main streets everywhere.  The patio and balcony out back add a nice touch.

Someone was grouching about the cars? Well, apparently they haven't seen how people park in Muskegon... They don't call it the 'Mistake on the Lake' for nothin'

Great BAT!  I really hope we see this in a few different varieties as well :)

Regarding the lot and cars - It's actually what grows next to it that causes that problem.  Anything other than a W2W and it will look just fine.
