Here's the Aronic Place, named after Aaron Graham this building is not a recreation. Half of the floor plan does come from 9511 Shore Rd Brooklyn, New York City in the neighborhood called Bay Ridge. This six story modernism apartment would place the buildings completion around 1950 to 1957, the architect of the orignal building is Schulman and Soloway. Aronic Place tile set is New York City. There are four bats/ Building models and each has a different brick color and each model has two wealth types R$, R$$, and R$$$. This building can be a (W2W) wall to wall building do the the back of the fence touches the edge of the lot. This building is a -corner building. Aronic Place is a wonderful apartment for your Sims if they do not want to live in a high density area. Enjoy the upload!!
 

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

Thank you guys for all the comments in the thread, and I hope you enjoy my first and last non NYBT bat for 2013. :D

 

Yay for Aaron apartments with variations. :D

 

I have uploaded a new bat every month this year, two uploads have eight buildings. If you do the math 4x10= 40+8+8=56 building with variations in the 2013 year. :O

Jeez, you have become so good at this that you could easily have sold the building as a recreation. It looks totally realistic and credible. Apart from that, it offers something in a size that hasn't been catered for that much so far. A quick peek at my building growth cheat sheet reveals that I don't have any NY-style 4x3 mid-rise so far. Well, scratch that - now I have one, and thank you very much for that! :golly:

Wait a minute?  This isn't a recreation?  You're designing your own buildings now, and they look just as good as your NYBT recreations.
