Freshwater Place is made available in the following versions:
A growable R$$$ residential, lot size 5x4.
A ploppable Non-Functional Landmark. Lot size 5x4 and costs §110,000 to build.
There are no Prop dependencies, although the Dark Nite version requires SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd.
Download either the Darknight or Maxis night versions (xx_DN or xx_MN respectively) not both. If you're unsure, download the Maxis Night version.
The download contains both Ploppable and Growable folders, delete one or the other as required.
