It's nice to see this in game and I'm glad you uploaded it, but the presentation is, quite frankly, distracting. I couldn't quite tell from the pictures how it would look in game so I had to download it first. As it is, it looks nice, but a clearer presentation would go a long way.

I think the actual building is ugly, but great job! It's quality work!

What is the size?

This is an incredible building and you've done a great job!

Just a quick question regarding (a) growth stage and (b) dependencies.

(a) How is it possible for the growable lot to be be either stage 8 or 13?
(b) If it is indeed a stage 13 growable, does that not make CAM a dependency?
