Where are the cars?

They spawn in at random intervals.

Soooo are these transport enabled? Will the zones grow onto these lots?!

Yeah, I also wanted to know if they're transit enabled. Kind of pointless if they're not. They look perfect, though.

You could've used some custom parking textures, I've never liked the Maxis ones.

Agrreed with io bg, alternative texture would have been better... Also your description isn't very clear (or maybe i'm just tired...), I can't understand what EXACTLY this mod does... No rating yet

Just wanted to point out that the installer version appears to use the path for your machine. It doesn't install to the Plugins folder (at least on mine). I don't know enough about installers to advise on altering it, but I wanted to bring it up for those not familiar with navigating to other directories.

What is Robert ? I thought if the address is C:\Users\Documents\simcity4\plugins instead of C:\Robert\Users\Simcity4\Plugins. I'm sure if the installer only work with your computer. That's okay, we could change the address but surely, it still better to change it. Another that, where is the completed stats about price to plop, maintenance cost, and where we could find it. I would recommend you to update this, and tell if this lot is transit enabled or not. Still, 4/5 for your job, i don't like the maxis way too.

is it with animated car parked, like original maxis parking lot which followed the building?

Non-functional means that the type of lot with it's function is not more than eye candy. So, in the truth, their only function is just as city beautification. An example is this one, because the parking lot is not parking place for cars, but just a lot that make an illusion of cars parked there.

 

 

What is the use of such a lot?
