  1. TV Shows: What are you into right now?

Oh no, the first 4 episodes of Game of Thrones season 5 got leaked and are up for download! But I did read all the books, kinda know what will happen already and I really hope George R. R. Martin finishes the next books soon.
  2. What comes to mind when you think about this city?

Awesome vacations there! Frankfurt am Main, Germany
  3. 2014 Winter Olympics - Sochi, Russia

The Dutch did another sweep in longtrack skating, this time on the 500m for men!
  4. Official Simtropolis Weather Channel

Yesterday we had the second big storm of this season, I almost drowned on the way home in the rain. Water levels were highest since the infamous year 1953. And this morning there was the first 0.5 cm of something similar to snow but probably soft hail.
  5. Failing at geography across the pond

    What about Jerusalem?
  6. Failing at geography across the pond

Challenge accepted . I would offer the same challenge with Mexico, but the geography of this country is too easy... Would you like to try Africa: http://youdontknowafrica.com/ That site would have been better if it didn't show the country names when you hover over them. Got the 20 in just over 1 minute, lost time at aiming the mouse at the small 1 pixel places like Cape Verde and Burundi. Now going for the difficult game
  7. Piracy on the High Seas

I do agree that it is kind of naive to attack an oil platform, a place where they process highly flammable and potentially dangerous substances. What if they succeeded in taking the platform? Without any experts there, just treehugging vegans, the place would have gone boom and sprayed oil across the whole arctic. I don't believe that is within Greenpeace's goals.
  8. I must say that the poll on the top of this topic is wrong. Global warming is something that has happened throughout the 4 billion years history of our planet. There is cooling and warming, all the time. Global warming in general is not caused by humans. The proper question would be if the global warming we currently experience is a result of human actions. I think that it is at least proven humans caused increased levels of CO2 in the last 2 centuries.
  9. A score of 101. I'm guessing that's pretty bad. For the 2 bottom rows I could only make out the 2 fixed colours on the left and right. But hey, I am colorblind.
  10. Czechoslovak socialist houses

Awesome. But just one question, why is it only intended for people from Central Europe and why do you only want comments from them and not from other people? You said the same in your previous upload. I think these are useful for everyone.
  11. Guess the Skyline Game

    Quito, Ecuador.
  12. Official Simtropolis Weather Channel

It was warm and humid today, and most of the country got hit by heavy thunderstorms, some places in the east even got flooded.
  13. What Month is your Birthday in?

No, from the 21st of march it becomes Aries. But it find it quite interesting March currently has the most people in the poll. (I'm born in March as well)
  14. Visually Cheating the Population

The air is also used to keep the chips crunchy and nice. I believe it's Nitrogen. And I don't know how they do it on the American continent, but where I live, prices of chips (and many other products) are by weight (or liter, when it's about liquids). When in the supermarket, there's a tag with the price on it, and below, in smaller letters, there's a price per kilo, so you can compare all kinds of products to the same standard.

When Finland is warmer than Algeria.
