This looks like a great job, I see you worked off two in-game buildings (two of the best imo) and made something of your own here. I especially like the slab sides with the off-white walls and rows of balconies. Decent lot, the style doesn't overall match the building but it's a marked improvement. Textures could use a bit of work as well as the roof but this is a great effort and, like I said, a noticeable step forward in quality from your previous stuff. Keep it up!

Not bad. A nice, simple, mid rise type thing that bulks out any plugin folder. Always good to replace maxis things.

I can't really see fault with it, not even in lotting, so I'm going to have to give this a rare 5/5. Well done. Nice work on the description too, but can I ask, what growth stage is it in the growable lots?

Sometimes I forget some people need the growth stage for certain things... Just added the stats now!

A fun little model. The front doors aren't modelled, by that doesn't matter, since the little canopy helps "cheat" it. As good as the rooftop nighlighting is, I'm disappointed in the nightmaps for the windows - a model this cute deserves better nightlighting than Maxis nightmaps. Otherwise, a solid contribution...

I use GMAX, can it use something else other than nightmaps? Besides Omni and Spot lights.

Make a box, and give it a texture, then make it self illuminate. Then the texture will look like a lit window, and if done right it looks cool.

Very nice!
I checked it in depth, and I have some comments to make:
- The size of the model makes it mostly comparable to McCormick Place Luxury Condos, rather than Colin or Bilyk Condos (not a problem), however some stats, esp Building Value (relates to taxes) are quite off.
- The blue nightwindows are not very much OK for a R building, pls consider using a warm colour instead (I'm OK with nightmaps). The nightmaps posted by certain members on the STEX are almost always worse than Maxis actually, as they tend to have large "features" of relatively high contrast, and often high saturation. I have made a custom set (derived from Maxis "Brown", but somewhat cooler - "Yellow"), which I could make it available to you, if you are interested.
- Pls also consider making a taller version too, really comparable to Colin/Bilyk. If you make the LODshell (around the base) as large as Colin/Bilyk's, you won't need to make any lots, you can simply include it in the Maxis families and have it growing in the Maxis Lots.
I think a 2nd (improved) version or re-release would be well worth.
