Gorgeous, and well worth the wait. Beautifully modeled and textured. I wish every upload to the STEX had as much work and dedication put into it as this one did...

Being an architecture nazi i'd say this is not Art decò, aaron...it would probably look much more like one of those historicist revivals that were so common during the 20's...but anyway, i'm glad to see it there...IDK if my sims would be happy to see it in their cities, but surely I will.

Another superb W2W creation! This should be a good companion for your previous release Graham Apartments - and that's good, because these buildings are not the few stand-alone landmarks of a city and will be needed in larger numbers. Thanks to you, we are getting them, and in superb quality at that!

Thanks Aaron this is really great and I think we need to say more than just that your buildings are great. First of all we can be really happy that there is at least one member of NYBT who uploads buildings redulary. Also your buildings are of high quality. And we need such buildings. Not just skyscrapers and buildings known by the whole world. You buildings are so detailes and the textures are really great. Your buildings are really really great. Keep up you good work and I hope we will see much more.
