RHW Variable Message Signs

This file contains 3 VMS's: Ground mounted, RHW-6C/8C Portal, and RHW-6S/8S/10S Portal. They are intended to be placed along RHW networks, providing your sims valuable travel information, such as travel times, incidents, and the time until their pizza is ready. These are found in the FIRE menu.
INSTALLATION
Drop the "BL VMS Set" folder right into "[My] Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins"
COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with everything.
DEPENDENCIES
Obviously, the RealHighway (RHW) and Network Addon Mod (NAM) are needed for this BAT to work.
