So is this custom signs (your own text) or is it just animated signs?

Does "COMPATIBILITY: 'Should be compatible with everything'" mean that I can use the in-game highway network as well, or do I NEED the dependency for proper function?

No LHD mode, no 10S portals. One star.

housejr54: It means that there shouldn't be any other plugins that conflict with it. The maxis highway will work fine with the ground mounted VMS (as will any network), but the portal ones won't.

Niteshade: They have fixed text, but I made them generic enough (and hard to read) that they'll work anywhere.
