About This File

A building I saw while I was on vacation in Frankfurt Am Main near Museumsufer. A high-rise building situated in "Mainhattan" 79m high, 17m wide and 31m long. The building itself overlooks the river and its green glass distorts the nearby road and water reflections.

I'm 100% with SimHoTToDDy on this one!
It doesn't look finished, more like a sketch of the building generally capturing form. One the now have to be worked on, detailed.
Materials, roof-junk are just pile of most disappointing clichés! Nothing shows any thought been put into project. Just look at those warning lights? Why on earth are they placed along the central axis of the roof, and at that below architectural elements - those green things? To invite air collision from the plane that would expect those to show outline of the building? :noway:

Disappointing.
PS
Query... well it is tacky and counter-ergonomic.
It also shows, just like the model that common sense and realism went out of window. That includes being able to balance ambitions with abilities.
But that what happens when truth is not spoken, but only "constructive criticism"

This looks fine from a distance, but I'm disappointed when I look close up...
Those textures (all of them) are really funky and that roof is pretty hard on the eyes. That lobby is completely empty and at night it seems to transform into a volcano? You have so much potential, it's a shame to see something incomplete like this...

I find it cool, you should cut some slack, with all we see on the stex, this is quite good,

I agree by what has been pointed out, ans Sc4Ie can do better and he has the potential, but maybe he doesn't want to 100% precise, and he is just sharing for those who want it,

Less time on the custom queries, more time on the BAT. It's a good start, but it just needs some more care and attention to help bring it to life. If I were you, I'd consider doing a second edition.

After reading simhottoddy and simfox's comments, they have reason to be harsh. I think they just want to help a capable batter to go further and perfect his/her work. I laughed when I saw Cockatoo's remarks because this isn't the uploader's debut effort.

Having said that, I think that we do have enough commercial buildings on the Stex. I am more willing to see people try giving us more residential buildings, and I will be much more forgiving if people decide to rush out residential bats and overlook some flaws.

For some reason the building will not appear, only an empty white lot. Even worse, it will not allow anything else to build if it's removed.

I did not have the second problem that terring had with this building, but the first problem is what I experienced too - it did not show up after I plopped it, and it did not want to grow either, so I had to delete it.

It grew as normal for me, but occasionally the model would cease to render and give me an empty lot. A update may be necessary.

Bizarrely, when I rotate the camera the building's model disappears, and remains an empty lot until the map is reloaded. I've got no idea why this happens...

i'm having a little problem with this buiding...it appears in the game , but if i rotate the image it simply disappears, and what i get is just a empty square...any ideia how to fix this?? maybe i'm lacking some dependencies...i've try to erase it and download the files again but it just keeps on doing the same...
