Yup, the 'textures' could use some work... that is a good water blast and a fresh coat of paint! Is there such a thing as gorgeous grimyness? Roffle.

Love all the trash outside... adds to the realism. Reminds me of when I stayed in the Lichtenberg district of (former) East Berlin in the late 90s... lots of buildings just like this, with mounds of trash and construction refuse outside, and yet developers were slapping new coats of paint on them and trying at selling the apartments as if they were shiny new condos. These buildings however aren't going to fool anyone... nice job at getting the right level of grime.

Love the trash! It's a very nice piece and will fit well in just about any slum.
