All are low wealth stage 1 and stage 2 growables, mainly on 1x1 and 1x2 lots with jobs ranging from 8 to 18. Like the previous volume in this series, the only dependency for this pack is BSC Textures Volume 3, available at the LEX at SC4Devotion (mainly ground textures which could be replaced if you're keen to open up the Lot Editor and mess around a little bit). Stats have been calculated in accordance with my other releases, and all have nightlights as well.
