That looks too good to just use as a test model. I hope to see it as a fully-fledged BAT very soon. We shall see of what becomes of it. As for Fifth Avenue Place, I think it looks awesome. Hope to see an update soon!

I have to say, your work is coming out very nicely. I was almost worried sick that most of your BATing time would've been taken up by NYBT projects, rather than your own independent endeavors. Not that it's a bad thing, but it is good to see your BAT thread is still up and running.
