This looks lovely. It's a little clean, but then again it is a "Modern High Tech" building. I'm not too sure about the bright white on top of the tanks. I wish there was a nightlight picture too, other than that good description. Model: 8/10, Nightlights: N/A, Lot: 9/10, Description 7/10 (No NL pic), Overall: 8/10.

very nice, but if its 600 jobs irl, and youre going to mention it, why not just make it 600 jobs in the game? ive always thought the industrial jobs have been too low in this game, even with the quadrupilar lol 9/10

Texturing needs a little work, looks a little clean to me. But as always, the modeling is terrific. Good job as usual, 8/10
