About This File

Need More Jobs? But dont want to zone miles of industry and ruin your perfect little City Journal or that nice small town look?

I took a bunch of normal Maxis Industry lots and made a quick couple new BXL lots that have more jobs to conserve more space.

Lots are 2x4 4x3 4x4 and 4x5

Jobs are all Manufacturing 350-500 per lot.

Decent pollution levels and moderate water and energy useage.

Cool thing about this is that it is not a mod, its just 4 lots with considerably more jobs than normal.

Very good idea, this is much needed. I wonder if you could do two 1x1 lots offering 10.000 $ and $$ jobs, this would be soooo great and very useful for re-creational CJs. Thank you, 10/10 for the great idea.

this is exactly the idea that I had a few weeks ago but never got round to doing (learning how to mod jobs). Now I don't have to! Thanks a bunch. Great idea! lucky7: that would do crazy things to your traffic!

Is this plopable or growable? I cant seem to find them on any of my menues. I have in Plugins/Industry Job Lots directory. Is that OK?

Very useful idea. Thanks for doing this. A ploppable version would be great because among other uses they would make great fillers for larger industrial areas. 10/10

Great, but the problem with this is all industrial buildings would eventually become these lots, creating a monotonous effect. A larger pack would have been better, custom lots, even more so. To conclude, this idea can only get better.

storms991: its not a mod. And it only manufacturing - so it wont take over your city. I have 2 growing in my city of 40,000 and a tun of High Tech. So its not monopolizing anything.

Are there some dependencies? BECAUSE... they grow in my city, but only a purple square appears with the lot underneath it; no building. Help please =)
