About This File

Pier 1 Import is a retailer based in Fort Worth, Texas. The chain has over 1,200 stores across North America that sell a variety of home decore and furnishing. This is a bat of the Pier 1 store on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto. Included in this upload is a growable and a plopable lot. The building fits wall-to-wall and both 1x2 lots match the style I have used on my previous creations and JBSimio’s small town series in terms of setback, fencing and textures. One dependency, BSC essentials, which is available on SC4Devotion’s LEX. For complete details and stats see the readme.

Ha ha! Neat! This looks a good deal like the one on Yonge Street! I go there rather often. :) Great detail in the brickwork and windows there!

Very elegant and magestic. It has wonderful detail and exelent textures. There is even detail on the sides. I alway's knew you would swing back around like an old boomarang.

Okay, my other comment might have been a tad snotty, but I draw the line at .exe files. I don't care who "certifies" it, I assume the thing was made by a twelve year old dwarf without a brain and that crap is staying OUT of my computer. But you are quite talented, and wish you'd offer a regular file.

appo: If you don't like it you don't have to download it. 703 other people have and nobody has come back with any complaints or reports of ill effects. The only ill effect here is your rudeness.
