Wow, this one looks great! What a nice surprise, too! :) We could definitely use more industrial buildings, especially Hightech stuff. Manufacturing industry has been BATted a lot, but Hightech not. And since Hightech is generally the type of industry that remains in a fully developed city, whereas I-D and I-M slowly disappear, this lack is all the more obvious. Great job and thanks for sharing - hope to see more from you!

T Wrecks: Well it was designed as I-manufacture, but you can change that if you wish. ;) I didn't knew that High tech industries were such a rareity in STEX. But i have some High tec stuff in the making too. :) Cheers.

Yes, it is a very well done lot and as the others have said, industrial lots are much needed, especially warehousing. Is it plop or growable? 10/10

Thanks very much for making this. I'll echo what everyone else has said already, you can't have enough industrial buildings. It's always a nice sight to see a good quality one uploaded to the STEX.

Jey, nice to hear there's more stuff coming! As for Hightech Industry, virtually all of my BATs are old stuff from prepo (Nokikana, Robust Robots, tec.) rgar's still very good, but Hightech just doesn't have the same variety as othrr RCI categories - yet. ;) I might actually change this to I-HT, but this would require an appropriate lot design change, too. No doubt the BAT is worth this work!

This building seems to generate a tax income of 2000 which is game-breakingly high. Does that happen for anyone else? I've had revenue explosions with some other buildings from the same author as well... :-(
