About This File

The MAPP - the first official download of 2007 - is finally here!!

Are trips to the local mall, or the local zoo and aquarium the only entertainment that you can provide for your Sims? Have your Sims every wanted for something more to do on a long, summer's weekend than just go to the beach?

Well now you too can provide the fun and entertainment that your Sims so desperately deserve. Introducing the Modular Amusement Park Pack (MAPP) presented by RJM Designs. This set is made up of amusement park rides, roller coasters, midway entertainment and more. Currently there are a few amusement park BATs available on the STEX, but this pack draws everything together

So dive right in and create that "dream park" that you have always dreamt of, or re-create your favorite amusement park from the memories of your childhood.

The MAPP . . . making your Sims' entertainment dreams a reality!

* NOTE - The MAPP uses the ped-malls that are included in Network Addon Mod to tie all of our custom BATs together. See How to build an Amusement Park in the readme file for instructions*

*This pack includes all of the roller coasters that were previously on the STEX and a few new ones. The coasters have be reproduced with the original author's permission and have been completely reworked from the lots on up. Without the Essentials pack, this pack will not function properly.*

Please delete any and all prior versions of all MAPP lots (including the construction lot) prior to installation to avoid conflicts.

Dependancies:

Porkie Props Vol.1

BSC Texture Pack Vol 01

All these downloads looks fabulous and I realy would like to use them! But, I'm on Mac, sorry but your files can't be treated by FileJuicer (the only way to extract the files on Mac) and I only get the txt file :( Is there a solution? -no rate of course!

Thanks to everyone for their downloading and rating our product. For you MAC users out there, the file cannot be seperated using FileJuicer. However, .ZIP files are in the process of being uploaded to the Pegasus web site at www.simpeg.com. There is currently an issue with uploading over there however, and as soon as it is fixed the files will be available. Watch the MAPP thread for more information as it becomes available. =)

The top left one is a standard tivoli model by Zamperla. Next to it is the defunct 'Viper' built by Togo. It was located in Six Flags Great Adventure. The top Right one is the Coney Island Cyclone, the oldest still operating rollercoaster. The blue one in the bottom row is Thunderlooper which operated at Alton Towers, it was sold to an American park because it was to high as the park is restricted by local authority to build above the treeline. And thumbs up for the creators :P

Well.....somewhat speechless....I am not a fan of these things for SC, but heck, these are wonderful creations and I am impressed that this project saw the end, not like so many others that started and never saw the upload column. Hats off to everyone that was involved with this masterproject.

Thank You! I've been waiting for this for a long time and it comes out at a right time. I was starting to create my own amusement park with the 6 or 8 coasters/rides that are on the STEX for my CJ-in-development. It seems that I'm about to start over again. THANKS A LOT! LOL 10/10 way up there!
