Hi guys,
here's a park building called "Liquid3". It's inspired by this Liquid3, which fights city air pollution in Belgrado.
In the game it's a reward park and it requires:
- University has been built;
- city residential population at least 130.000;
- middle and high wealth residential population at least 85.000;
- air pollution more than 150.
Its plop cost is 500 § and the monthly cost is 50 §. It reduces air pollution around it.
