About This File

Yeah, it's a library. I made this originally for SYM prod. chained university project but it never progressed much further.

Lot is size 4x4, plop cost is $3500 and monthly cost is max. $1000. Gives jobs for 100 librarians I think. No dependencies.

UPDATE: Version 1.01, updated the EQ boost stat, it's now closer to other library BATs on STEX.

To install, unzip the file into your plugins directory.

That big, blank wall is a little too big and blank for me... maybe some sort of nifty window would spice it up. Otherwise, pretty sweet.

Love the creative look.. very thought-provoking. Is that parking lot transit enabled (what I mean is does it work as a parking lot too?) .. Pretty big, but realistic for a large city library..

Actually on that blank-looking wall has been written the word "Library" in many languages. (My apologies if i forgot some important languages or something is spelled wrong...) Parking lot is not transit-enabled.

Excellent BAT! 10/10 all the way! I love the Book design, perfect for a library. Wait a minute... The word "Library" in many languages on the so call "blank wall"? I upgrade this to 20/10! that was a nice touch!

Not only is this one of the finest BATs around in terms of modelling, it's also one of the finest architectural designs ever shared on the STEX. An original and interesting building, that could win a bid in real life.

It doesn't feel like just another copy of something (though the concept has some commonality with the French National Library - also representing open books, but duller), and yet it's very realistic for modern architecture - the use of concrete walls, glass and steel frames corresponds to our real world's state-of-the-art. (stupid truncater)

Know this is what I call creativity!!. I'll give you ten stars: ********** Perfect in every way. Just one thing (Nothing is perfect) It could use some windows on the back, I think.

Very nice! A spectacular addition to your already excellent history of combining purpose with great design. I wouldn't mind seeing something like this in real life. Truly an excellent job! One of the first 10/10s in a long time for me.

Nearly perfect... It seems that there is no entrance ;-) Nevertheless... its a proof that functional buildings can look nice. The word "Library" in many languages as a texture for the main wall plus the inerior make this BAT awesome. I'm convinced that you've created your own monument here at STEX and in many cities. Finally, think about the advise from "batmarc6" and make it real!
