very nice, but a bit big I think, maybe you could work on an underground car park, only a ramp is necessary. I already know that there is one on the STEX, but that one is a bit too straight. GREAT job anyway. I like it.

Oops. The ".sav" file is exactly the same as the ".SC4Lot" file. It's a side-effect of using SC4Tool, and I forgot to change the file ending. Just rename the ending to SC4Lot and it'll work fine.

I'm definitely going to try this. I've never been successful at getting sims to use parking garages, but they're realistic to have. A whole city block is a bit big, maybe, but there are usually some pretty big ones, at least in American downtowns.

This is perfect for my Airport!! parking rate is about right also.

Suggestion for future garages -- Maybe you should have added a brick facade to the high-wealth version!! Nice garage funtionality though!!
