there are 3 sex shops (that I know), one of them in a major avenue; a "Medicinal" Marihuana shop; a street where prostitution runs rampant... you want me to keep going? nothing is perfect

Deepstrike: "turning this into a adult-only game"? You have the choice to download this or not. This BATter is giving people who wish to have these types of buildings that chance. You have every right not to utilize this building.

For others who spoke of morality: Believe it or not, 'morality' is a diverse and contradictory concept- it has more definitions than simply that which you give it. This building is 'moral' to me; but if it were not, I wouldn't slander this person's work based on my subjective dislike of it.

Great work. I think that, regardless of your beliefs, you should rate this lot by its phyiscal quality, not simply by horribly grading it on whether you think it belongs on the STEX.

This model is ugly. I think you need to start putting more effort into your BATs. I'll give you a 3/10 - More effort needed.

This is a nice idea but it doesn't look anything like Hef's real Playboy Mansion in LA.

... ok, fine Bandero, but what's next? A sweatshop full of young kids? A KKK rally? A terrorist training camp? There are places where these exist. If you want to support reality, then you should support the creation of these.

And my beef is with the idea behind this and other lots. As a member of this community, I'm entitled to a dissenting voice.

Ah... SG... I'm actually going to have to rate it low. It's not because of what some people are screaming about... it just wasn't what I expected. "Changing" the Mayor's Villa wasn't the best choice for the project.

(cont) Sure it's nice, but I was expecting a more grand experience with a lot idea of this caliber. I was even expecting a recreation of the actual mansion. Some lots you can crank out and other's deserve a little more attention.

I am not going to download this lot, not because of the fact that SG markets it as the Playboy Mansion--but because it doesn't look anything like it. Also, all this weird stuff about it having to have water access means that there isn't a single place that this thing would fit in one of my cities.

I'm OK with the concept behind this building, just not the building itself. Anyway, if someone did take the time to build a realistic version of the Playboy Mansion, that I would download. BTW, about the realism, I go to bed praying that SC5 will have a mofia-type crime ring.

the only thing that is suggesting sex is everyones comments. Kids won't know what playboy is, but they'll get the idea when they read comments saying how playboy is to sexual. I don't see why playboy is offensive religiously. I

im kinda surprised that im reading all of this. If you dont like it dont dl it. Its a house, not a magazine. But personally im not happy with the fact that this lot is basically the same as the on b4, just with a different color.
