    There is such a mod but its not what your thinking, it doesn't make the residential population increase it splits it in half giving you a lower number of residents. Hope this helps and yes this was a recent Mod and I believe it is one the STEX. GE

    Buckbeach I have 10.4 GBs in my plugins folder and SC4 runs like wind. Either get a better system or don't rate it at all because your 5 is pointless and its a ridiculous reason to rate low.

    Great work guys! Keep it up the fountain is awesome the building I'm speachless..... mcarch: You can rest assured that when the NDEX or the BSC uploads an installer that it will put the file in it's right place. I too hated installers but this way those people who are technically challenged with a PC have it easy. Saves a lot of time and hassle for everyone.
