How is this BTE enabled? It looks fantastic!

Both versions count as one NDEX building (for now simply used for counting the total # in a city) and the growable also counts as one high-wealth residential tower [in the updated version].

nice building, but I think the onsite parking looks kinda silly. Especially 12 spaces for a huge tower like that. In Manhattan buildings don't have parking, everyone either walks or takes mass transit
