  1. NDEX Dakota Park Place by Oneil

nice building, but I think the onsite parking looks kinda silly. Especially 12 spaces for a huge tower like that. In Manhattan buildings don't have parking, everyone either walks or takes mass transit
  2. Lawrence Courts

perfect! straight outta harlem or the bronx :D I especially like the ground level shops.
  3. Townhouse

this is perfect! it's about time we have more American W2W. This will go perfectly in my 19th century American city!
  4. Hillsboro Apartments

love the building architecture. however, the parking pad in front, facing the street takes away from the overall urban character of this. perhaps another wing instead of open space would complete the lot.
  5. Portsmouth Technopole Building

nice build but the parking lot in front kinda spoils its urban character
  6. Brownstone Apartments

Great for my dense urban North American style cities!
  7. Millers Law and Real Estate Office

classical buildings (built before WWII) are never fronted (and should never) by parking lots. In fact this is a big problem with many of Maxis' lots. I try to built a late 19th century American city and I end up getting tacky suburban stripmall crapitechture fronting my streets...ugh..
