TheISAT Chemical Inc. is a subsidiary of the ISAT and produces some rare,absolutly essential and of course secret substances which are neededfor all buildings of the ISAT. But the ISAT Chemical Inc. produces not only for its owner - the ISAT- it's also an important producer of any buildings substances.

Ingame it's a manufacturing industry buildings that provides about 412*jobs on a 4x5 Lot - growable and plopable. The plopable costs 45,000$to plop.

Very realistic industrial design! (10/10). It is good that some creators make industrial lots (and not just skyscrapers), as the industrial collection of SC4 is poor. A manufacturing industrial lot with a realistic number of jobs, at last!

to racermind: Hm, from inSims.de? Just go to the Objectdatabase ( http://www.ingame.de/objectbase/index.php?action=category&cid=1) choose from the categories, click on the Filepics you want and click then on Download ;)

Ooooo, more industry! Could you do a version for those who don't use the industry-quadrupler with say double the number of jobs?
