Not sure how to fill those odd corners formed by diagonal networks and roundabouts? Here's a pack of 20 w2w shops and offices in various sizes, shapes, and styles meant to help in those settings.
You can download the PLOP version and find them in the landmark menu as landmarks with jobs, or go for the GROW version and plop them with the LotPlop extracheat -in that case look for "JFF Commercial Corner 01-20"). Once you've plopped the commercial you want, you can fill any uncovered pavement tiles with your favourite plazas or pedestrian pieces.
As usual the models are S3Ds suitable for all camera angles. The all-inclusive file weighs 1.8 MB for the GROW version, which comes with a custom till sound, and 2.97 MB for the PLOP version, which has a custom pub sound.
Fun fact: commercial corner #4 is almost a copy of "The Railway Tavern" pub in Bromley, South-East London, and #11 was inspired by "The Bow Bells" pub in Bow, East London.
