About This File

This is the Residential version of the Nexis Central Park, good effects in the res sector. Slightly bigger (9x14) and quite a busy park.

Note this file is noted in the LD entry of the Lot. It is currently not available to my knowledge and without it one prop is otherwise be missing (users won't notice). Hopefully we can get this restored in the near future.
