    I haven't seen any 1x1 high wealth residential buildings. I think you need larger lots, 1x2 and 1x3, they may also join together.

    Something unusual!!! Does it really reverse the GLR? Is it transit-enabled? I've heard that el (and consequently GLR) needs sth at the end of the line, usually a loop. Can you use this instead, or it is only for decoration?
