About This File
Re-Uploaded: The first blueprints for these buildings in the former GDR can be traced back to the Bauhaus style. In the 70's and 80's, an immense demand for residential buildings had to be satisfied somehow. Highrises were the answer to accommodate as many people as possible on a given lot size. The included building models have different occupant values and appear randomly on the included lots. It does not matter which lots or building models you have installed, so you can select the ones you like best. Since these buildings have been erected with average worker families in mind, they have been implemented in SimCity as R-§ buildings.
