    While attempting to re-load a City in Simcity 4 Deluxe, I got a Warning Message telling me that I am missing four Plugin Packs: 2051942634, 15150971698, 1169887080, and 1514273973. I have not gotten this from any other city in the same Region. I have queried on Google, in Sim Devotion and here at Simtropolis. . I tried "Plugin Pack xxx", I tried just the number, and I tried generic "Plugin Pack." The GUI has an ACCEPT button but the game just sits there after pushing said button. How does one search for objects like this?

    Thank you for your input. As I read it, I was appalled at the amount of effort involved in duplicating it.. Then my thoughts progressed on to how much effort we all put into our cities. I need to find a simpler hobby, like sky diving, mountain climbing, or defusing bombs.

    SimcityFuturist has obviously put in a lot of time and effort (and probably some eyestrain) to make this wonderful set of lots. I have attached a screenshot of my first attempt of building the Regional Airport in South Fulton, Tennessee.

  9. Hello: I am impressed with your Regional Airport, but a bit lacking in imagination. 

    I am attaching three screenshots for my questions.

    South Fulton-01: This is complete according to the .jpg in the download and I do seem to have the room for a second runway. What would I use to do that?

    South Fulton-02: Are the areas circled supposed to be as shown? I certainly thought I had gotten all of the dependencies.

    South Fulton-03: What could I put in the large, empty area? Do you have any other .jpgs laying around?

    Thank you for your consideration and thank you for the obviously large amount of time you spent putting the Regional Airport together, WaldoButters.

    Regarding the STEX Collector's Edition, I have just received all three discs. I was like a fourteen-year old male with a new sports car magazine. Unlike Jweigh, I have not attempted to download any as I have spent several hours just drooling over the content. And Curse You, STEX! I have also thought of three new concepts for my cities! Do I modify old cities, start new one's, or just dream? What a dilemma! Out of a few thousand files, I found five or six that I already have in my library. By Grabthar's Hammer... what a bargain! This was worth the purchase price. Very much so! Thank you, STEX. (In case you haven't noticed by all of the exclamation points, I am just a tiny-bit ADHD.)
