    My first skyscraper in Gmax! after fixing the problam here is "Kong Corp." like in SC3000 (Kong Tower) Plopable don't have jobs, growable is a commercial office $$$, 950 jobs on a 4X2 lot, tommrow i'll bring the 2X4 lot so all of you could do something good with thet small space between 2 big skyscrapers.

    A great R$$$ creation by me(-:, since i started to creat towers non of them were resedential, but now it change growable & plopable: 3255 people, R$$$ ny style. BTW it one of the tallest building in the game! it's much taller then in the picture! Don't forget to vote and visit my at BAT - Open Discussion! Hope you love it like i did!

    After many weeks (if not months) of keeping my buildings and not uploading them I thought i should give you a little treat. Palm Plaza is a miami-resedential looking building, thet will loo great in cities like miami or gold coast, with a sea view and a nice beach right next to it. 2555 sims livin it. Growable: 5X3lot, 7 stage, houston style. Resedential Plopable: 4X3 lot Landmark Plopable: 5X3lot You will be need to have "Cerulean Textures V101" for the lot base.     Thanks guys for the comments! LOL so i see some of you didn't liked the name much :-P i thought it should be simple since my other buildings names are more attractive, just doing something new. And the building next to it is The Riviera it's the building i'll release next.
