After many weeks (if not months) of keeping my buildings and not uploading them I thought i should give you a little treat.
Palm Plaza is a miami-resedential looking building, thet will loo great in cities like miami or gold coast, with a sea view and a nice beach right next to it.
2555 sims livin it.
Growable: 5X3lot, 7 stage, houston style.
Resedential Plopable: 4X3 lot
Landmark Plopable: 5X3lot
You will be need to have "Cerulean Textures V101" for the lot base.
