Hey, regarding the Oberland Terrain Mod issue, I think you're using Software rendering instead of Hardware rendering and that could be the reason why it's crashing. Try to set to Hardware Mode and see for yourself!

Thank you for helping me but The Oberland Terrain MOD is not working for me. I put Appalachian Terrain MOD but I noticed that rock mod has been not change. This rock mod is Columbus Terrain MOD (I think) I tried to get rid of this rock mod but I couldn't get rid of this rock mod. How do I get rid of this rock mod? Oberland Terrain mod has been installed and I removed Columbus Terrain mod also I removed CPT No 3 and 4 but it cause crash to desktop. How do i fix this problem?

I removed Columbus Terrain Mod and put Bener Oberland Terrain Mod in the plugin but crashed to desktop. I did remove CPT No 3 and CPT No 4. It still not working. How do I solve this problem? Thank you

I have a residential city and have about 45,000 sim. Also I have a industrial city so sims come from residential city to work there. I notice the demand start telling me that i have to build office buildings. So I want to start a CBD in new tile so sims can travel from residential city to CBD tile but I don't know how to start CBD. How do I start a CBD? PS. Sorry for my grammar! Thank you

Hello! I'm new to SimCity 4. Many times I tried to have successful region but I never got success. I just set up new region. I like to take some advises to start my region Here the pic My idea is Weattle should be core city between Yeattle (industrial region) and Teattle ( suburban region) but I wonder can sims travel through Weattle to work in Yeattle from Teattle? Should I start in Weattle as core city first then start suburb sprawl to Teattle? Thank you
