Again, you need to read the description/readme clearly as that is your only guide. I once used the LRM too, it's simple but a bit tricky to install. You mess with the files within, you won't get it work. But instead of ask us here who mainly give you only assumptions, why don't you ask the creator itself in his thread. Mandelsoft, yes?? -
Judging by your pic. Here's a simple explanation of it. Sims/resident in SimCity will always choose the nearest available jobs, no matter how many mass transit and how well road connection/avenues you provide. This is a common issue in this game. Your industrial area is in this case is a little bit far. You have farms and commercial surround them. Of course they will choose those rather than your industrial area. And you musn't forget your education level too. As it will give a huge affect as to where your citizens/sims will go and take jobs. As long as you keep your education low, your citizens will always go to I-D, farms, or CS$. You give your citizens education buildings, they will start to choose the higher level like I-M, CS$$, CO$$, etc. This is just the basic knowledge of the game which is not many people realize.

Wait a sec...i had this problem too in my old city. Too bad i deleted it already, i could've post pic to give some support here. it seems like when it reach certain point of the city growth, the education level that once at high suddenly drop and stuck in medium never to rise again no matter how many education buildings plop surrounded the area. I thought it was affected by population age, but i'm not sure, cause never had that problem solved. I'd like to hear some explanation too here.

A good point, but i dont think that's enough. Maxis buildings are limited. In the end we will only see repitition and repitition. That's why our friend here asked for some additional european buildings. Some custom buildings out there in STEX or LEX only fit in european tileset, and i guess that's what he needs. -

Just one college in a single area. There's no need to add more. All education buildings have capacity, yes?? Simply plop another ONLY if it full already. Remember that your citizens also will grow older. In that case, they will need libraries and museums.

The main point here is the minimum deal amount. Your city can sell power as long as you have that. Moose and Cogeo have some interesting recommendations, maybe you should check those.

Well, i apologize Mr.Spearhead44, before you got confused with our never-ending argument. I'll give you the keyword here. "Backup" Everything is possible in SimCity because of this word. Don't be afraid of making mistakes as long as you keep this. But please don't stop asking questions, cause "we don't pretend we have all the answers. But the questions are certainly worth thinking about." Though we're not here everyday like Mr.Moose said, but isn't it what the forum intention guys?? A place to ask and to answer questions?? Like Mandelsoft said, you have to wait at least a month until the game simulator recognize the building and then you can see the light. Have you waited at least a month?? Just a reminder, that building you downloaded has two different versions, the maxis night and the darknight. Make sure you installed the right version. cause you said something about switching around the building version when it didn't light up. Install one only.

Amen to that. I, myself, like to try first before asking questions....sometimes.... Still, people have their own consideration. Right here, it's only a matter of suggestions, they can either listen or not. There are two types people out there, those who like to ask first before doing something, and those who like to do something before asking questions. And you can't simply tell which one is better. In the case of learning process, asking questions is essential and then after that it will be followed by experiments. Even in experiment questions will still emerge. And again you can't simply separate them. In the end, it's all up to those who are learning, whether they wanna ask questions or not. And then we can only suggest, cause it's only a matter of suggestion here.
