There are only two ways to control what wealth level grows in each zone: - Amenities - Higher wealth requires certain amenities. In the case of medium-wealth residential, cleaner air and proper education, among other things. In the case of high-wealth residential, water and everything med-wealth requires. - Taxes - Max out your taxes for a particular wealth level to prevent them from developing; Probably the most reliable method for all types of zoning and wealth. There's no way you can control it by hand, unless you like using the LotPlop cheat... Tried to use LotPlop cheat... I don't like this... Anyway, thanks for the help!

Is there a mod to choose the wealth level of growable lots? I want to select which class establishes in determinate zones... It is possible?

Hello, I have the english version of Simcity 4 Deluxe, 1.1.638.0 version of the game, Nam version 30... The roundabout 3x3 still not work for me... and I don't know why. And when i'm in drive mode, when I pass in a 3x3 (one way) roundabout the car disappear, same of the city borders... it's normal?
