Update 1: Such A Perfect Day 71 Degrees. Its such a perfect day on Benjamin Island, the 18th best place to live on Earth... Future Replies will be at the bottom. HERE IT IS! After nearly 10 months (I think) of being put on hold, Benjamin is back and better then ever. Benjamin island is bigger and better, new seawall included. Better traffic handling, better everything. But its still the same old Benjamin that caught your heart and brainwashed you into buying an overpriced house to ruin your credit for life.... Here is the main skyline of Downtown Benjamin. On building in particular, the Pacific Records Tower, is currently being constructed and when finished will be the tallest building in Benjamin, towering above the city at 955 feet. The current holder of this title is the Hammond Tower, which is 869 feet tall. This is Interstate 10. The only land connection Benjamin has with the outside world. This Downtown Benjamin portion can see traffic jams during the mid-morning and late-afternoon/evening rush hours. This is residential housing on the other side of Benjamin Island, and is still considered Downtown Benjamin. In this picture near the intersection is Benjamin High School, Benjamin's "flagship" high school serving 1,915 students. Here is a closer look at the construction site of the future Pacific Records Tower. This is the Benjamin Convention Center, home to the annual "Is Your Mom Smarter Than A College Grader?" competition. You can have all of this for $1,100 a month plus a $4,000 security deposit. While 2013 was a bloody year for Henderson, 2014 proved to be God's apology. Not only is Henderson's economy now the third largest in the world (after the U.S. and China), but citizens are continuing to come together to mold the friendliest, smartest, and safest country on Earth. Although 2014 was relatively quiet in pop culture compared to 2012 and 2013, Henderson made national history by rejecting to participate with the any of kind combat for the first time since the Korean War, which ended up improving Henderson relations with numerous Middle-Eastern countries due to vast support from citizens and politicians. Good lord that last picture is massive

During a population boom that even earned a name, the "Decade Burst" (2000-2013), Downtown Island and Business Bay grew by 268k and 294k, respectively. Both went threw what some call a skyscraper competition, making the number of 1,000 ft. skyscrapers go from three to sixteen. At first, Downtown Island was winning, it had to anyway since it was the formal "downtown" of Xylo. However, in 2009, the Business Bay District Mayor approved the construction of four new super-tall skyscrapers, including one that would become the eighth tallest building in the world, to be centered on a peninsula on Commerce Bay... Replies are at the bottom... These were taken at different times, so pictures like the second one will either be underdeveloped or not match other pictures in the update... Central Business Bay The Western side of Commerce Bay (don't mind the tile grid, that area is much more developed now, and don't mind the fact one of the skyscrapers from the previous picture are missing). The Northern side of Commerce Bay, with a cruise ship port also visible. A better picture of the Western side of Commerce Bay. Although it isn't shown in this picture, traffic on this avenue can be so bad during rush hour that even upper class people have started to crowd local public transit. The Southwestern corner of Commerce Bay. The intersection near the center of the picture is one of the most congested in the entire country. A 2013 report about traffic congestion in Henderson revealed that if a person drives through this intersection during rush hour, their trip/commute will be delayed by 19 minutes. On the Eastern side of Commerce Bay, there is hardly anything but residential apartments and skyscrapers until one crosses the district's borders. More housing on the Eastern Side of Commerce Bay. Back near Central Business Bay, an elevated rail line runs through another mostly residential neighborhood. The regional headquarters for the Huston Corporation dominates the view of a park near the district's northern borders. The Northwestern corner of Commerce Bay. Great, super great snow effects. Makes me kinda jealous since where I'm at everyone's getting scared that its gonna go down to only 38 F (3.3 C)   I believe he/she just photoshopped it like I did, I could be wrong though but it is very unlikely for their to be a weather mod with this much power.

Not only is this my favorite cj, but the amount of green in this update made me extra exited. Almost makes me feel like an environmentalist or something lol

I would love to have this building

This was supposed to be a Christmas update, but I already photoshopped the pictures and I would've forgot. Light snow currently falls throughout Northeastern cities like New York City (it really is) and Radiator Springs while the Western cities like San Francisco are preparing for nearly three inches of rain (again, real event). But in the Xylo Metro Area, which is very close to Radiator Springs and NYC, sudden blizzard conditions has caused massive power outages, road closures, and a temperature drop from 33 degrees to 25 degrees. In Business Bay, which will be the next major update, wind gusts up to 60 MPH have knocked out power to the entire district, while on Downtown Island the quickly accumulating snow have forced residents to abandon their cars and walk home in freezing weather and super slushy snow. Replies are at the bottom... Also, the lyrics to Let it Snow were slightly changed... Oh the weather outside is frightful But the fire is so delightful And since we've no place to go Let It Snow!
