I haven't posted in a while but I've just finished up chatting with a EA / Origin support rep. Once i'm done installing Simcity 4 I might post the chat if it's okay (Leaving the personal details out) I have played Simcity 4 / Simcity 4 Deluxe edition on many other systems (Up to windows 10 and while I had trouble getting them to run stability on the newer systems, I managed to iron them out but windows 10 didn't want to play nice . So today I fumbled around getting talking to the support team and managed to get a Digital copy of Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition on my Origin account. The problem I was having on Windows 10 is that the game wouldn't launch not matter what you tried to do (Note I haven't tried a CD Crack or anything as I don't want to harm my PC in anyway) I got it to launch at first and it came up with a black screen for two seconds (No video, no sound) and returned me to my desktop with no error messages or anything. I tried the System capability thing where you can get the app to run as if it was on another Windows OS. Nope didn't work and didn't get the black screen that time. Not even the Simcity 4 Icon appeared on my taskbar. I even tried changing the resolution for it and running it as an ADMIN. Nope no luck still. The Image below is the livechat I had. I've removed the EA Support agents name and removed my Email and Username + Game serial code but everything else is what was said during the chat. (Also there might be spelling mistakes I made but I've been trying to get through to livechat since yesterday and my brain probably wasn't in the right place when I got through this morning so sorry if I upset anyone who hates spelling mistakes) My PC Specs are Windows 10 Home 64 Bit 8GB DDR3 Ram (Don't think it has any branding) CPU is - AMD Phenom ll X6 1100t clocked @3.30 gigahertz 9400GT nvidia 1gb DDR2 (It's outdated but I can get it to run some games like GTAIV well on Medium settings at 1440 Resolution) 650w PSU (Some cheap one but this probably doesn't affect the game but I'm looking to replace it with an Antec or cooler master with at least 750 Watts at the most) Resolution - 1920 x 1080 (My monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster P2350) I know Simcity 4 isn't perfect with newer hardware or systems but I managed to somehow fix the framerate or lag issues I had with it on my Windows 8 system a long time ago. Same would probably work for Windows 10 if I could get the disc version to launch (Thanks Securerom whatever the sugar you are called) Question while i'm here. I'm a fan for Mods and can't help myself to expanding the game with peoples creations. Will the Origin version work with Mods or am I out of luck? If not no biggie I guess but it's one of the factors that keeps making the game better and drawing you back.

This is Sunnyvale. A town where rich people live. Here life is so fancy and sooo amazing. It makes you feel rich. Everyday millions of sims walk out of their Rich Homes and Cribs. Just to go shopping. One of the most popular things to do here is Skydiving. But three days later the Airport that hosts the skydiving was burnt down in a Heist for $1Billion dollars. People gosip about movies and everywhere you look theres movie stars walking around. You ask why are there so many movie starts? Well this is a rich town and most of the people here except Bob Plum. love to show off in movies. Thursday: A news reporter takes a photo of the Sunnyvale for the big do what ever you want day. I feel sad that his gone. A few of my mates are sad too about his death. Born in 1955 and passed away today 6th october 2011. I may not own any apple products. But I might be getting a Ipod touch for xmas. But the good thing is they found someone to take his spot. He named this wonderful company after his favourite food. (Apple) He invented many things. Without some of his things there would be no Itunes stone. Ipod, Iphone etc. Steve Jobs done a lot for us. Alot of people were fans of him and a few seasons ago he appeared in the Simpsons something about Mypod. He was famous, Popular, Rich. and now his gone. How is his family going to go through life knowing his gone forever. If I lived with him I would be pretty upset. And i'm sure his four kids will miss him very much too. Steve you were a great guy. We loved your apple products from square 1. To know. As we say goodbye to a great person. We will never forget what he did for us. RIP Steve Jobs

Hi I found out that theres some Aussie Stuff on here but not much and i was wondering if somebody could make some Aussie outback houses that would be cool! I Would also like to request a Message borad (Found on highways) Saying Crash ahead Slow down or one to do with Drink Driveing. Yes i know theres one on here but its not the one i want. And last but not least a road sign that has yellow flashing ligts. (I got one near my place saying roundabout ahead) If somonebody Could make this Please PM Me!

Hi i'm Making some kind of country and i need some things. I would do it myself except the simcity 4 bat don't work for me but gmax does. It would be awesome of somebody to make me some things Cable Cars (don't have to be driveable) just animated to go over to the other end. if you can't do it than don't worry about it.
