I've been using this mod for years now and realized I never voted or left a review. Anyways, thanks for what I consider to be an absolutely essential mod! It was the first mod I ever used. I played SC4 for quite a few years with no mods and this one introduced me to what they can do for the game and ones experiences within. So again, thank you!

Thank you for such a fantastic mod. This is my main MUST HAVE mod any time I install the game to a new system or reinstall etc.. I seem to be having an issue with the TSCT. It worked fine on my version of SC installed from the disc, but any changes I make in the tool do not reflect in gameplay when playing the game through steam. All other mods work without issue, just TSCT is not working so it seems. Has anyone else come across this, and if so, were you able to fix it?

Open your task manager and right click the SimCity4.exe process. Click "set process affinity" and make sure only core 0 is checked. This is a multi-core system issue. The game is only built to run on a single core.
