Is this what you're talking about? It only changes the undercarriage of the elevated RHW-4, though. And, I wonder if this mod is even compatible with present-day NAM.

1. 3 lane-to-2 lane version of this piece. Since there are 3 lane FAR intersection pieces, this should be an option. 2. FAR intersection on-ramp without the center turn lane (similar to it's off-ramp counterpart). The current piece forces us to place a turn lane puzzle piece. 3. L1 version of this piece.

That;s the thing. I didn't choose to show the query on those lots because they "specifically" have the issue. Most all the buildings in my industrial zone, and a few in my commercial zone had the issue. The thread would be filled with pics if I posted every building that I checked. Fortunately I didn't save the game subsequent to this starting, with the last save point being when the population was 25,000. After going back to that point, I let the simulation run for a year or two to get the population to the point when this all happened and everything appears normal. Population is at 42,000 and the original amount of garbage collection facilities are doing fine. Also, I haven't changed one plugin. Every building that I queried before the problem is still in my city and/or has grown in my city since then and has not triggered the same problem. Yeah, both of these lots are in other cities I've established, that's why I'm confused. But like I told rsc204, other lots have the problem as well. I just chose a few as illustrations, as the thread would have been filled from top to bottom with query shots if I posted every lot with high amounts of garbage. I do have query mod in my plugins folder. It's the 'Equinox RCI Query Upgrade Mod', but it's been in there for years, and just like the other plugins, have worked fine in cities 10 times this size. And, all of my RCI plugins are growables. I never plop.

When the population was at 24-30,000 I had 6 recycling centers and 2 Waste Tech Plants, which kept my landfills bare. Garbage was not a problem. The population gets to around 37,000 and all of a sudden garbage shows up everywhere and the landfill is filling up like crazy. I wanted to see if plopping more garbage maintenance facilities would solve the problem, so I used a money cheat to get the funds to build a bunch of them, just to see what would happen. I even zoned for more landfill. Nothing changed, and the newly zoned landfill space filled with garbage quicker than the old. In total I have: 17 Garbage Disposal Shoots 10 Waste Tech Plants 4 Plasma Gasification Plants 16 Recycling Centers Here's what the Ministry of Garbage tells me. I queried some of my industrial buildings and if I’m reading the information correctly, the amount of garbage they are producing seems outrages. I wish I had taken a picture of the garbage graph to see when this started, but I don’t think that would even give me a clue, because I haven’t plopped anything special in this city that I haven’t plopped in another city. And the buildings with a query pictures have grown in other cities without producing this amount of garbage.

Thanks for the advice. The thing is, I didn't even have to wait that long. The simulation added the traffic to my network in about three or four sim months. I just have to remember to be patient. And, a possible issue comes to mind based on the manner at which you both were writing, in terms of syncing cities and what not. Does the importance of syncing have something to do with accumulated data? I hadn't considered it before, but if someone played a city for one hundred sim years without playing any other established city, but then decided to switch to one of the hibernating cities, does that city's simulation now have to resolve information from the city one hundred sim years in the making and the stats from it?

I wanted to experiment in some region play, so I started new city and got the population up to 115,000 (city A). With demand on the positive side in all zone types, I exited that city and started a new city directly to the south (city B). I zoned nothing but residential, to the tune of about 15,000 residents. The only jobs available in this city came via civic buildings (Police, Fire, School, Medical), therefore most of the sims traveled to the first city for jobs, which the traffic query indicated. I then started a third city (city C) directly south of the second city, this time with about 5,000 residents, zoning no commercial or industrial, with jobs only coming via civic buildings, just like in city B. Okay, the same thing happens. The sims head to city B, which the traffic query indicated, but there are no jobs in city B. I exited city C and went to city B and when I hit play, the traffic query acknowledged the traffic coming from city C with the exact same number city C’s query told me was leaving, and as I expected, the traffic from city C was going “through”, not “to” city B. Okay fine, so I exit city B and go to city A, hit play, and the traffic query indicates that there is absolutely no traffic coming into the city. Where did the travelers go?! I exit city A to check city B and the traffic query still says there are 7,000+ sims traveling to city A in their vehicles. I hit play and the traffic that was coming through city B from city C disappears, but now 65 residents from city B are traveling to city C. I assumed these were civic jobs they were traveling to, and when I exited city B to check on city C, that was indeed the case. Now I query the route in city C and it’s telling me there are still 2,000+ travelers leaving the city. What happened to the commuters? They just vanished.

I read some where that the creator of this tool is no longer active, and I didn't want to create a new topic because it has a high chance of being over looked. I received this error message when attempting to datpack one of my plugins folders. Funny thing is, the items that are shown in the error message have been previously packed at one point. What could possibly be wrong with these particular files for them to have prompted an error message?

I created a parking lot and wanted to connect it to the road network via transit enabling, but the only the basic networks are available in sc4tool and I wanted the path to be in line with the parking lot markings. In this case it would be a single direction OWR. I tried using path creator, but I have no clue how to apply the paths to the entire lot, specifically the ends, where there are curves. Path creator allows you to path each tile, which gives me 6 different path files for each tile. Which one do I use to edit the sc4path file in reader? Am I supposed to edit the rep 16 to a particular code? I have no clue what I’m doing, and I can’t find an exact answer anywhere.
