I found this website that generates names for your cites and I thought that I should share it with you guys. It gives real world names so the names aren't very unusual. Great for when you cant think of any good names for your cities. http://www.mithrilandmages.com/utilities/CityNames.php

Right click on the sc4 icon and click on properties. Click on compatibility. Click the check box for run this in compatibility mode for. Then click on the scroll down menu for Windows xp. I don't know if this works, but give it a try.

@ quatropette I don't have a mac, but I know that sc4 for pc makes a folder in my documents and in program files. In my documents there is a sim city 4 folder and in there is plugins. also in the progam files/sim city 4 there is also a plugins folder. If you try to put the download in the program files/sim city 4/plugins you will get the message that you get now. If you put the download in my documents/ sim city 4/ plugins you won't get that message. Hope this helps!

I have the free AVG. Do you know if they conflict. Also I just bought 2 gb more ram. Now I have 3gb. Boot takes MUCH less time.

I Made a quite good building in BAT.I saved it as GARBAGE. I render it. It is successful. go into the plugin manager and put it in parks. It says it saved successfully. I go into the LE. I Load PZ3x3_parkgreens3. I go into the building tab. I do replace building and my building isn't there. Please help!

I stated to download a file that was about 4.5 Mb. Then the file said about 1 hour left. For a file this size it would usually be 45 seconds. The pages are loading at normal speed. Can someone help?
