    This is awesome! Just discovered this BAT. Nice work andisart! I like the idea of requested versions of venue like this, and of course since there's a Pink Floyd version!     Yeah, like p4p said, Live Local, Google etc great for getting ideas. Check out railyards, shipyards & ports, etc. Boston, L.A. etc you can find tons of those areas.

    You also might consider a Commercial-oriented city between the north res city and southern industry city. Comm loves traffic, and you'll give your northern residents a closer place to work.

    Try plopping a few parks and tennis courts. You might have hit a demand cap, which those will "bust".
