This BAT is based on the 54 story Wells Fargo Tower in Downtown Los Angeles, built in 1983. It includes both a growable and ploppable version. Both versions are on a 6x4 lot, and both provide 3400 Co$$ jobs. The ploppable version costs $45,000 to place. This BAT requires no dependencies. Enjoy!
