Thank you It's good to be back Haha thank you So, I made two townhouses that stood next to the courthouse before they were demolished in the 50's to fill up that rectangular space. I wanted the court and townhouses to be separate props but it looks like I will have to export them as single model because this is what happens when I try to place them on the same LOT: I thought that changing the courthouse LODs to "L" shape would help but it didn't and I don't know what else I could do to make this work...

My fourth already (or maybe only?) finished BAT. This building is another wonder of victorian architecture - Waterlily House built in Kew Gardens in 1852 as a place for showcasing giant water lilies. I finished it in a record-short time for myself - five days I think the effect is pretty good and hope you agree with me Lot size: 1x2 tile. Landmark More information in readme. Dependency BSC MEGA Props - CP Vol01 More information in readme. Mod Edit: For clarity, the dependency has been listed from the readme. -

Well, it's metropolitan hotel after all, the ground floor consisted of public rooms and shops, so while the shops are dimly illuminated the rest of the windows is lit up normally. ^^ Made my day The winter version is finished, I have the regular version already exported so it won't be long now.

Thank you Glad you like it Thank you It won't be long now Thank you very much! Thank you! The greenhouse had its own special colorful illumination, I'm not sure it would look like that form the above but I don't care THAT much about realism... Thank you once again Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Yes, I always wanted to make it as it was in its golden days, it was a truly grand hotel back in the day I think I'm done with the night lights I will have to update the day view with window displays I've made. But apart from that - I can start working on Winter version

Xyloxadoria's BAT and Portfolio Work Thread
Seraf replied to Xyloxadoria's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Looks impressive -
Tell me about it When I was making my Great Hall I was really mad that I spent all this time on making details and they weren't even visible I had to remodel one of the courtyards to reduce polycount (you would think that I would learn to not to make too small details by now ) Anyway, it looks like a good start
